MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT
Hello Heads-Up readers! Hopefully last month's article on the history of the Harley-Davidson company peaked your interest. At WEFTEC in San Diego this month the toughest, sleekest, meanest screens in the industry meet the toughest, sleekest, meanest bike! Please come visit us in Booth 3545 and register for a chance to win a 2008 Harley Davidson Sportster Nightster!*

And while at the Headworks Booth, be sure to take the opportunity to learn about the Headworks' X-Tractor® -recipient of the 2007 WEF Innovative Technology Award for Solids Handling/Disposal. The X-Tractor is a robust unit for washing and compressing solids developed by the Research and Development Team of Headworks.
October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. We encourage all of our women readers to stay current with their regular mammograms and our male readers to spread the word to their female friends and family. This year my daughter and I are walking in the Komen Houston Race for the Cure®. Last year, more than 26,500 participants in the Race raised more than $3.1 million to fight breast cancer.

The Race is important to us as our daughter’s classmate lost her mother recently to this terrible disease. Her field hockey team is showing their support by walking with her as a group October 6th. If you would like to help sponsor our daughter on this walk, kindly click here.
We are looking forward to seeing those of you traveling to WEFTEC and to everyone, Team Headworks wishes you a Happy Halloween!
Kinds regards,
Michele LaNoue
CEO
