X-Tractor®

The Headworks® X-Tractor® is a multi-purpose compactor/screen and screenings washing device for high efficiency washing. It is ideal for use with fine screens that utilize sprays for cleaning and high water volume applications such as sluice troughs. Water and solids are fed into the tank which has a large sieve section. The shaftless spiral transports solids through the optional Wash Zone to the Press Zone where they are compacted. Dewatered solids are forced into the Discharge Tube which delivers additional pressure and dewatering before finally directing the screenings to a dumpster or optional Bagging Module.
